Social Prescribing Service
Sowe Valley PCN is supported by a team of Social Prescribing Link Workers who can help you with a range of non-medical needs. Our Social Prescribing Link Workers work as part of the GP Practice teams. To access the Social Prescribing Service, speak to a member of your registered GP Practice team to be referred.
Patients referred into the service will receive a first contact within 10-15 working days.

Talking therapies previously IAPT support patients with anxiety and depression through CBT whether that is one to one therapy or group. They also provide other types of therapy and will recommend which one is best for patients based on their assessment.
