The Autumn COVID Booster campaign will begin on 2nd October 2025 at the Coventry & North Warwickshire Sports Club. Patients eligible for the COVID Booster will receive an SMS invite via their GP practice to directly book an appointment for a COVID vaccine and/or flu vaccine (depending on eligibility). Appointments will be available between 8am and 6pm on select days of the week. Patients who are housebound or residents of a care home will be offered the vaccines by a member of the GP practice team.

Additional Vaccination Sites

To support patient access to vaccinations this Autumn, the PCN will be coordinating additional clinics at Moat House Community Centre in Wood End and The Haggard Centre in Willenhall. These additional sites will offer the COVID & Flu vaccines. Patients registered at neighbouring practices will be offered a choice of location when they book their vaccine appointment.

Once booked, an appointment can be changed or cancelled via the NHS App or by contacting your GP practice.
